first I waited 2 months for the neurologist to call only to find out they never told them to call I have to b referred I go back my dr retired start over again so the nur calls me to set up an appointment she says I need u to go to to my dr and get a disk burned of my ct scan I call bmc tell them what they said bmc said we don't do that what do they do for me
Kate is AWESOME, every doctor & nurse I have dealt with has been great but I usually see Kate. They listen to your concerns and answer questions. Great place!
When I go to the Doctors here I don't usually have to wait long to see the Doctor or get things done and taken care of. I just wish the Doctors would make sure they have covered all your questions before they actually and finally leave you to go to the next patient. There have been times I felt like I was being rushed outof the office and also felt like the Doctor didn't cover everything I came to see them for, but these things haven't happened very often. Over all I am pretty satisfied with everyone at the clinic.
